Who Are We?
Ohm's Appliance Center opened in 1973 as Tyler T.V. just a few blocks north of
our new location.
In 1990 we began a relationship with General Electric Appliance.
The late nineties brought the beginning of the end of the world of fixing
television. Our policy has always been "we don't sell what we don't
repair."
Since then we focused on building a first class appliance sales and service
agency. Kevin Ohm bought the old Tyler TV and Appliance in 1995 and made
the needed name change to Ohm's Appliance Center as the business evolved in to
the leading appliance sales, service and parts facility in all of Eastern South
Dakota. Mike Smith bought the business in 2012 and is maintaining and
improving on the long standing traditions of Ohm's Appliance.
During all of these years and changes, our main concern has been to earn your
trust and repeat business. We are keenly aware that your satisfaction has
been... and will always be... the key to our success. We take nothing for
granted and put customer satisfaction at the top of every day's efforts.
We invite you to stop by our
new facility, meet our staff and let us help you with all of your appliance
needs. This is the equipment that makes your household run. We can
help you select the right appliances for your specific needs, we will deliver
and install your appliances for you and we will be here with the trained
technicians and factory parts to keep this vital equipment running long after
the sale.
